External Drop: Image to Plane

A Maya plugin that handles operations for image type files when dragged and dropped into the viewport.
Instead of the default behavior (showing the image in FCheck), creates a plane with the image in scene.
Includes the 'imageToPlane' mel/python command to set different settings for the created plane.
